- CFC Group has been invited by ECDC to continue and expand upon the fruitful cooperation between the parties.

- This Memorandum of Engagement (MOE) is made and by and among CFC Group , represented by Mr. Sameh Banani, Vice Chairman, Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC), represented by Mr. A. Wakaba, CEO, and the Chris Hani Development Agency (CHDA), represented by Mr. Abongile Hala, CEO.
- Mr. Banani stated that The parties shall jointly plan and invest in the establishment of a fertilizer manufacturing and blending plant, as well as the necessary Agro-logistics infrastructure, including warehousing facilities within the Komani Industrial Park
